3.2 Cancellation policies are defined by the service providers using the platform. goIAGO is not responsible for disputes arising from missed or canceled appointments.
3.3 Payments, if collected through the platform, are subject to applicable payment gateway terms and fees.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 If you are a business using goIAGO to manage bookings, applicable subscription fees will be clearly communicated.
4.2 All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
4.3 goIAGO reserves the right to change pricing at any time with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content, logos, designs, and software related to goIAGO are the intellectual property of goIAGO and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our written permission.
5.2 You retain ownership of the data you input into the platform. By using goIAGO, you grant us a license to use this data to operate and improve the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 goIAGO is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
6.2 We make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6.3 In no event shall goIAGO be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to goIAGO at any time for breach of these Terms or for any reason with appropriate notice.
